An order shall be deemed to have been fulfilled in full provided that the Seller carries out the following actions:
- the manufacture of high-quality Goods ordered by the Buyer;
- delivery of the Goods to the address specified by the Buyer (building entrance, entrance to the building, entrance to private premises, etc.);
- a telephone call to the Purchaser’s number to notify them of the delivery of the Goods to the specified address;
- Waiting for the Buyer at the specified address (building entrance, entrance to the property, entrance to private premises, etc.) for at least five minutes from the time the call regarding delivery of the Goods is made to the telephone number provided by the Buyer.
Once the order has been placed, the Buyer is obliged to:
- ensure that you are able to receive a notification from the Seller regarding the delivery of the Goods to the telephone number provided (by ensuring that your telephone is in working order and/or that you have a stable, uninterrupted connection) until you receive notification of the delivery of the Goods to the address;
- In the event that it is not possible to ensure the proper functioning of the telephone device or a stable and uninterrupted connection, the Buyer is obliged, following confirmation of the order by the operator over the telephone, taking all necessary and reasonable precautions, to await the courier at the delivery location specified when placing the order (building entrance, entrance to the property, entrance to private premises, etc.);
- If, within 5 minutes of a call being made to the Buyer’s telephone number to notify them of the delivery of the Goods to the specified address, the order has not been collected, the order shall be deemed to have been fulfilled in full. The payment will not be refunded, and the Goods shall be disposed of;
- In the event of collection by the Buyer, the Buyer is obliged to collect the Goods from the relevant address in a timely manner, no later than four hours after being notified that the Goods are ready for collection. After four hours have elapsed, the Goods will be disposed of.
